Koger Bradford joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. as a partner in 1991 after building a successful legal practice in Spartanburg.

He maintains a diverse client base across the banking, construction, and manufacturing industries.

Koger brings extensive experience in business acquisitions and regularly represents lenders and corporate borrowers in complex commercial loan transactions professionally and effectively.

William B. Darwin, Jr.

William B. Darwin joined Holcombe Bomar in 1990 became shareholder in 1995 after establishing litigation.

He represents corporations individuals in healthcare, product liability, and commercial litigation matters throughout South Carolina.

He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and serves as a Certified Circuit Court Mediator through the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator Certification.

Todd Russell Flippin

Todd Russell joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 2016 after practicing civil litigation in Columbia, South Carolina.

His practice includes medical malpractice, insurance, business, and governmental litigation, and he has tried cases throughout South Carolina.

He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and served as a U.S. Army Captain in Field Artillery with honorable service and professional commitment.

E. Brown Parkinson,Jr.

Brown Parkinson has practiced litigation in South Carolina state and federal courts since 1981, focusing on defense work in personal injury, medical malpractice, and liability matters.

His practice also includes healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical licensing defense and dispute resolution.

He is a graduate of Erskine College and University of South Carolina School of Law.

Chance Farr joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 2022 as a Partner after practicing litigation in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

His practice focuses on defending healthcare providers, hospitals, and businesses in corporate and transactional work.

A native of Lexington, South Carolina, he is involved in litigation, regulatory compliance, real estate, and lending-related representation.

Timothy Maio

Timothy is a South Carolina shareholder who defends medical malpractice and litigation matters, including commercial, appellate, employment, and construction disputes across multiple jurisdictions.

He graduated from T.L. Hanna High School, served in United States Marine Corps, and earned bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

Timothy received Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

William C. “Trey” Keels, III joined Holcombe Bomar in 2024 after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Trey focuses on defending nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, construction disputes, and personal injury claims in South Carolina courts.

Born and raised in Chester, South Carolina, Trey enjoys spending time with family, friends, and playing sports.
