Robert M. Barrett

Rob Barrett initially joined Holcombe Bomar in 1985 and became a partner in 1989.  In 1991, Rob left the firm to serve as Senior Corporate Counsel (1991-1995), Assistant General Counsel (1995-1996), and Vice-President and Assistant General Counsel (1997-2003) to Denny's Corporation.  Rejoining Holcombe Bomar in 2004 as a shareholder, Rob's practice focuses on a broad range of business related matters.  In addition, Rob maintains an active employment practice, focused on employers. His clients are as varied as the matters he handles and include entities and individuals involved in healthcare, commercial real estate, food service, contracting, and education to name a few.

Rob resides in Duncan, S.C. with his wife Angela.  When not engaged in the practice of law, he enjoys golf and spending time with Angela and their four children.
