Todd Darwin joined Holcombe Bomar, P.A. in 2000 after working in private practice in Columbia, South Carolina. He has a diverse litigation practice defending local municipalities and state agencies in both state and federal courts, and he also defends clients in the areas of medical malpractice, construction disputes, business and commercial disputes, and personal injury claims. Todd also represents creditors in collections, foreclosure and mechanics liens matters in both state court and bankruptcy court. He is admitted to appear in all South Carolina state and federal courts, and has tried numerous cases to verdict.
Todd is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and lives in Spartanburg with his wife, Lesli, daughters Mary Rose and Madison, and son Todd, Jr. He retired from the United States Army Reserve JAG Corps in May 2014, after 25 years of service. When he is away from the office, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, playing baseball and basketball, and watching American football.
